Bread, Roll & Vetkoek Mix

The Blom Bake Bread, Roll & Vetkoek Mix is a premium bakery premix for freshly baked bread, vetkoek or bread rolls. Just add water!

With this 1 kg premix you can create:

  • 2 loaves of white bread
  • 12 white bread rolls
  • 30 vetkoek

Ingredients needed for baking with this premix:

  • 630 ml of water
  • yeast sachet is included in the box

Ingredient list:
Wheat flour (Gluten), Salt, Sugar, Bulking agent, Emulsifiers (Non-animal origin), Preservative (Calcium propionate), Flour treatment agent, Enzymes.

Scone Mix

The Blom Bake Scone Mix is a premium bakery premix for scones. Just add milk!

With this 500 g premix you can create:

  • 8 big scones
  • 10 medium scones

Ingredients needed for baking with this premix:

  • 250 ml of milk

Ingredient list:
Wheat flour (Gluten), Non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm fruit/palm kernel), Antioxidant (BHA), Raising agents, Sugar, Salt.

Flapjack Mix

The Blom Bake Flapjack Mix is a premium bakery premix for flapjacks/pancakes or crepes. Just add milk and eggs!

With this 500 g premix you can create:

  • 15 flapjacks
  • 30 crepes

Ingredients needed for baking with this premix:

  • 350 ml of milk or water
  • 3 large eggs

Ingredient list:
Cake wheat flour (Gluten), Castor sugar, Raising agents, Skim Milk Powder (Cow’s milk), salt.

Sponge Mix

The Blom Bake Sponge Mix is a premium bakery premix for cupcakes, swiss roles or a two-layer sponge cake. Just add milk and eggs!

With this 500 g premix you can create:

  • 2 x 22 cm sponge cakes
  • 18-24 cupcakes
  • swiss role

Ingredients needed for baking with this premix:

  • 145 ml of milk
  • 5 medium eggs
  • The premix does not include icing

Cake wheat flour (Gluten), Castor sugar, Raising agents, Skim milk powder (Cow’s milk), Salt.

Madeira & Waffle Mix

The Blom Bake Madeira & Waffle Mix is a premium bakery premix for waffles, madeira loaves or a base for a two-layer dense cake. Just add margarine, eggs and water!

With this 500 g premix you can create:

  • 12 waffles
  • 2 madeira loaves
  • 2 x layers as the base of a dense cake (E.g. Carrot cake)

Ingredients needed for baking with this premix:

  • 200-250g margarine
  • 2-5 large eggs
  • 100-200ml water

Ingredient list:
Cake wheat flour (Gluten), Sugar, Whey Powder (Cow’s Milk), Emulsifiers, Raising agents, Salt.
