Mix 15 -30 g of (approximately 1-2 heaped tablespoons) of powder into 300 ml water, smoothies, yoghurt or sprinkle over your cereal. Consume one serving once a day.

I’m almost at the 40 mark and although I exercise and follow a healthy diet, I wanted to add a supplement to prevent aging. I was pleasantly surprised to find a local product that includes a number of ingredients for skin and gut health and not just one or two ingredients such as collagen or antioxidants only.
Dear Body has a subtle sweet/fruity taste and is easy to drink in a glass of water every morning. The product is sometime a little clumpy to mix in, but I would still recommend this product. The fiber content is not too harsh and helps my digestion. I feel that adding this to my daily routine may show numerous benefits over time! Definitely recommend this product.
This is a great addition to my every morning routine. Its mild flavour makes it easy to incorporate into my yogurt every morning or just enjoying it in a glass of water. I can feel that my nails are stronger after just two weeks! Looking forward to seeing more benefits to come. Recommended.
I don’t do breakfast. I’m a coffee girl. I simply can’t stand to eat anything in the morning. I have even tried protein drinks. Uugh! Along came Dear Body. Sometimes I just mix it up with water otherwise I make a smoothie shake with whatever fruit I have in the house. I absolutely love this product. I cannot go a day without it. My gut health has improved so much as it has something I’ve been struggling with for so long. My hair has been growing super fast for the first time in my life. And the best of all for me is that after 2 months of use I’ve noticed that my cellulite has decreased which is a big insecurity of mine.
