Synercore Food Holdings is pleased to announce the appointment of Me. Marizaan Bredenkamp as Group Human Resources Manager for the Synercore Food Holdings group.

Marizaan obtained a National Diploma in Human Resources Management at Boland College. In 2006 she also completed a National Certificate in Accountancy with Cost and Management Accounting as her main subjects . In addition she also underwent extensive training in Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations and Skills Development and HR Development strategies and is in her final year of Bcom degree (with a focus on HR Management studies) at Unisa.

Marizaan is a registered Skills Development Facilitator with the W&R, TETA, Fasset, Foodbev and Services Seta and has held various positions within the FMCG, Logistics and Food industry including that of Administrative Manager at Dico Services and Transport (2007-2010), HR Administrator at Dewcrisp (2009 – 2011), Senior HR and Training Officer at Afriplex (Pty) Ltd and Döhler South Africa (2012 – 2015), HR and Payroll Manager at Brent Oil (Pty) Ltd and HR Generalist at Freightmore (Pty) Ltd (2015-2017).

As a Human Resources professional Marizaan is passionate about people and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience within the HR and personnel development field. We are confident she will assist greatly to achieve a HR department within the Synercore Group that will deliver a balanced service with the company’s best interest at heart, and one that exceeds the requirements of the challenging legislative environment Synercore Food Holdings operate in.
