Synercore Food Holdings and African Food Industries has great pleasure to welcome the newest member of the Synercore team, Dr. Nikki Hogan, in the role of Research and Development Manager based in Klapmuts, Paarl.

Nikki studied at the University of Stellenbosch and obtained her Ph.D. in Food Science. Her Ph.D. dissertation focused on factors influencing colour variation and oxidative stability of South African game meat species (Promoter: Prof LC Hoffman). After completing her Ph.D. in 2015 she started working NPD manager at Fair Cape Dairies reporting to the Technical Director. In 2017 Nikki joined Euroberry as a Technical Sales Executive focusing on growth in the Dairy and Beverage industry in South Africa.
