Our fourth ‘From the Farm’ newsletter is here. In this edition we celebrate and announce the 2020 Agri-Expo Qualité winners, we talk COVID-19, and feature Synercore’s Midrand Production facility acquiring FSSC 22000 certification. We highlight our latest Shiloh donation, and gain a deeper understanding of Alex Moshidi, Warehouse Supervisor at Allmark Foods. IRS in partnership with Stellenbosch University food science department made 18 litres of alcohol-based hand sanitiser from stale bread crumbs in their in-house fermentation tank. Fantastic work, Dr Stefan Hayward.
