Synercore customer improvement program and appoints Dynamiko Foods as it’s distributor in South Africa

The success of Synercore over the past two years and the resulting growth has been beyond expectation, and for this we would like to thank our customers for their loyal support.

In 2018, as a company, we plan to further improve the business through refinement of processes, following critical review and consultation with various key stakeholders.  As such we have come to recognize changing customer-needs and wish to inform you of the decisions made to improve the value proposition to customers from a service perspective.

Synercore strives to run the business by a controlled and consistent set of operating procedures, whilst maintaining service levels to meet the requirements of our customers. Upon review we have established that two distinct service models are required to meet all customer’s needs.

These two models are:

1. Customers with corporate administration and set processes of procurement (i.e. set forecasting; extended lead times for deliveries; programmed technical service visits)

and

2. Customers typically privately owned and operated as well as the innovative dynamic fast-moving customers (i.e. increased flexibility on forecasting and orders; need faster turn-around from order to delivery; on-call technical assistance)

The executive team of Synercore therefore agrees, if we are to meet all stakeholders’ needs, we would require two separate operations, effective from 1st March 2018, independent of each other for improved focus but importantly, which can operate as ONE at executive discussion level.

To put in place the two operations we will over the coming months transfer several customers, including your business, to Synercore’s Distributor – Dynamiko.  A reciprocal agreement will remain, whereby Synercore will continue to supply technical service to Dynamiko and vice versa, depending on the specialist skills required to meet your business’ needs.

In closing, we hope that you will view such change in a positive light, in-line with our continued commitment to meet our customers’ expectations.

 

About Dynamiko Food Ingredients

Dynamiko Food Ingredients was originally the distributor for DC Food Ingredients (ex Dairy Cheret) – who became part of the Synercore group of companies in March 2017.

Along with distributing the full range of Synercore’s food ingredients, they also distribute a wide range of other products related to the food industry plus a large variety of commodity items.
