Established in 2016 through the acquisition of six key companies, Synercore Holdings laid the foundation for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the food industry.

In the following years, Synercore expanded its impact through global partnerships, certifications, and significant collaborations, such as with Futura Ingredients (Malaysia), SACCO Systems (Italy), and the University of Stellenbosch. Notable achievements included FSSC 22,000 accreditation, strategic relocations, and increased operational scale.

Recent milestones highlight Synercore’s dedication to growth, sustainability, and industry leadership, with investments from Norfund, the acquisition of Two Green Lemons, and the expansion of its Klapmuts operations.

First financial results posted (R 237.6 m revenue / R 16.2 m EBITDA). Allmark Foods in Midrand receives FSSC 22,000 accreditation. Headquarters move to Groene Weide Farm, Klapmuts. Partnership with Futura Ingredients (Malaysia) for distribution in Southern Africa. Partnership with SACCO Systems (Italy) for distribution of cultures and enzymes.
